ApeCoin is a decentralized project inspired by the Bored Ape Yacht Club project from Yuga Labs. ApeCoin was founded for use within the growing APE Ecosystem, which is supported by the APE Foundation. The ApeCoin DAO aims to build and maintain the APE Ecosystem in a fair and inclusive manner, providing infrastructure for ApeCoin holders to collaborate through an open and permissionless governance process.
The administrative board within the APE Foundation will implement the decisions of the ApeCoin DAO members. The Board is responsible for day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, project management, and other tasks ensuring Community ideas have the support they need to become a reality.
